Reservations & Policies

Reservations are accepted for parties of six or more in the dining room.

Please email the general manager: gm@ciudadseattle.com.

Groups smaller than six, and all requests are on a first-come first-served basis. If there is a wait, we will add your name to the list and call as soon as a table is available.

All members of a group must be present before we can seat your table.

Please understand that during peak hours, we may not be able to seat large “walk-in” groups. We strongly encourage you to book a reservation in advance.

We do not take reservations over the phone. All reservation requests must be made at least one calendar day in advance. Please be sure to state your name, group size, desired date/time, and phone number. The general manager will respond to confirm the reservation. Reservations must be confirmed by the GM to be considered valid.

To serve everyone promptly, we kindly ask that you limit your stay after dining.
